Warranty claims

• Wait for the claim to be reviewed by the claims department.
• In order for the claim to be recognized, you don’t have to send the goods back immediately. In some cases, sending photographic evidence is enough.

Return of goods

• Please fill out this form and send it back together with the goods.
• If you used the PayPal payment gateway and have the PayPal free return service activated, PayPal will reimburse you for the cost of returning the goods.

Replacement of goods

• Please fill out this form and send it back together with the goods.
• We will send the documents necessary for the return of the goods to your email inbox.
• We will refund the money for your original order upon receipt of the goods. Usually within 2 weeks.
• As part of the internal process of replacing your goods, Dymytry.cz can create a new order on your behalf.

Please note

• The goods must not show any signs of wear, use or damage.
• The goods must be properly packed, ideally in the original box to prevent damage during transport.
• Goods sent via cash on delivery will not be accepted.

Payments and time limits

• Return shipments are processed no later than within 3 working days.
• In the case of replacement of goods, we will refund your money to your bank account and create a new order.
• If you have decided to return any goods, you will receive your money back usually immediately once we have received the returned goods, but no later than within 2 weeks.
